Civil/Structural Engineer with over 20 years of experience in building inspection, engineering consulting, construction oversight, and structural evaluation. Specialized in HOA services including Traditional Reserve Studies, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), Qualified Reserve Studies (QRS), Property Condition Assessments, and Transition Studies. Proven expertise in ADA design, and the structural analysis and design of low-rise
buildings and retaining walls.
In the past five years alone, Summer has reviewed over 800 Reserve Studies, including Traditional, Structural Integrity, and Qualified reports. She has led multiple teams of Reserve Study specialists, overseeing the production, quality assurance, and client delivery of complex studies for a wide range of properties. Her leadership has been instrumental in coordinating efforts across engineering disciplines, ensuring that each study meets technical standards and client expectations.
